SERVPRO was the first company that I reached out for because they were close to my Deep Ellum home after it suffered a pipe burst from the winter weather. They installed their green equipment and extracted all the way. Thank you Brian!

We have had two major water leaks in our house in the last year.  Ugh!  We used American Leak Detection to find the leaks. Then a regular plumber to fix them. But most importantly, we used SERVPRO of East Dallas. Brian Mosley is a LH resident and owner of SERVPRO. This is the SECOND time we’ve had to use them in the last year (two separate water issues). I can’t say enough about them!!!! Because of Brian and SERVPRO 469-998-6444, we were able to save our brand new carpet this time after the last flooding issue. It’s so important that you get everything dried out!!

SERVPRO of East Dallas is an outstanding company with excellent customer service – I would highly recommend them! I had a condo listed for sale when the unit above mine had a water leak and damaged the sheet rock and paint in four rooms in my condo. I don’t live near the Dallas area, so I called Brian with SERVPRO of East Dallas and they were on site within 2 hours. He expertly assessed the damage and by the end of the day had 7 drying units working to dry out my unit. Brian did a great job communicating the damage and the drying out process to me using pictures, text messages and FaceTime. Brian kept me up to date for the 8 days it took to dry out my unit (lots of water), removing the damaged sheetrock and drying out the wooden structure behind the sheet rock. Brian also did a great job working directly with my insurance company to get them the documentation they needed to cover my claim – my insurance adjuster even commented that Brian was great to work with. Since my condo needed to get back on the market, Brian made a special effort to get his crews on site quickly to get the sheet rock and painting repairs completed for me, even working Saturday and Sunday to get the job done. My realtor checked their work and verified that Brian and his team did a first class repair job on my condo’s walls and ceiling. Brian and his team at SERVPRO of East Dallas did a phenomenal job drying out and making the needed repairs to my condo, all without me ever traveling to Dallas. If you have water damage, you can trust Brian and his team to fix it right, communicate with you all along the way, and do it for a reasonable price. I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience with Brian and his team and you will be too!

John was impressed with the specialty drying equipment used to dry his wood floors.  SERVPRO of East Dallas used a mat system to extract water after a water filter leak flooded John’s newly remodeled kitchen.

Palmira expressed appreciation for the time and effort SERVPRO of East Dallas devoted to drying the sub-flooring in her house.  She experienced a pipe break that flooded the entire crawlspace of her home. 

SERVPRO of East Dallas suited-up in Person Protective Gear and ventured into the flooded crawlspace.  The team placed drying equipment directed toward the sub-flooring, from below.  Dehumidifiers and air movers were also placed on the surface level.

SERVPRO of East Dallas was able to save Palmira the cost of replacing the hardwood floors in her home.
