We have had two major water leaks in our house in the last year.  Ugh!  We used American Leak Detection to find the leaks. Then a regular plumber to fix them. But most importantly, we used SERVPRO of East Dallas. Brian Mosley is a LH resident and owner of SERVPRO. This is the SECOND time we’ve had to use them in the last year (two separate water issues). I can’t say enough about them!!!! Because of Brian and SERVPRO 469-998-6444, we were able to save our brand new carpet this time after the last flooding issue. It’s so important that you get everything dried out!!

SERVPRO of East Dallas is an outstanding company with excellent customer service – I would highly recommend them! I had a condo listed for sale when the unit above mine had a water leak and damaged the sheet rock and paint in four rooms in my condo. I don’t live near the Dallas area, so I called Brian with SERVPRO of East Dallas and they were on site within 2 hours. He expertly assessed the damage and by the end of the day had 7 drying units working to dry out my unit. Brian did a great job communicating the damage and the drying out process to me using pictures, text messages and FaceTime. Brian kept me up to date for the 8 days it took to dry out my unit (lots of water), removing the damaged sheetrock and drying out the wooden structure behind the sheet rock. Brian also did a great job working directly with my insurance company to get them the documentation they needed to cover my claim – my insurance adjuster even commented that Brian was great to work with. Since my condo needed to get back on the market, Brian made a special effort to get his crews on site quickly to get the sheet rock and painting repairs completed for me, even working Saturday and Sunday to get the job done. My realtor checked their work and verified that Brian and his team did a first class repair job on my condo’s walls and ceiling. Brian and his team at SERVPRO of East Dallas did a phenomenal job drying out and making the needed repairs to my condo, all without me ever traveling to Dallas. If you have water damage, you can trust Brian and his team to fix it right, communicate with you all along the way, and do it for a reasonable price. I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience with Brian and his team and you will be too!

SERVPRO of East Dallas saved us thousands of dollars by saving our hardwood floors after water damaged had caused them to buckle.  We were certain we would need to replace them but called SERVPRO is last minute effort to save money.  We are so glad we did because after only a few days, our floors look completely normal and you can't even tell they buckled at all.  We are so glad we called these guys!

We called SERVPRO of East Dallas to help dry our floors after water came through a leak in the attic. Our floors were old and they had been wet for several hours so we knew we'd need new floors.  They came out and extracted all the water but we were most impressed with how they were able to remove our old floors, dry the subfloor, and put new beautiful hardwoods in over just a few days.  We were so happy we did not have to call another company for that.  It was a great "one stop shop" experience!

We are so glad we called SERVPRO of East Dallas after a big storm hit Dallas.  Our roof was damaged due to high winds and water poured into our living room.  The owner came out within an hour of our call and his crew starting working shortly after.  I have never met such nice people that really seem to care about customer service.

We had fire damage at our school in Dallas, displacing our students and staff.  SERVPRO of East Dallas was so thorough in the clean up process.  By the time were were back in, the rooms were cleaner than before and you could not smell smoke at all.  These guys are very detailed oriented and we would trust them again with our school if needed!

These guys were great! My crawlspace and sub-floors are dry and did not even have to replace my hardwood floors. I would call them again (but hopefully will not have to LOL).
