We called SERVPRO of East Dallas to help dry our floors after water came through a leak in the attic. Our floors were old and they had been wet for several hours so we knew we'd need new floors.  They came out and extracted all the water but we were most impressed with how they were able to remove our old floors, dry the subfloor, and put new beautiful hardwoods in over just a few days.  We were so happy we did not have to call another company for that.  It was a great "one stop shop" experience!

We are so glad we called SERVPRO of East Dallas after a big storm hit Dallas.  Our roof was damaged due to high winds and water poured into our living room.  The owner came out within an hour of our call and his crew starting working shortly after.  I have never met such nice people that really seem to care about customer service. 

These guys were great! My crawlspace and sub-floors are dry and did not even have to replace my hardwood floors. I would call them again (but hopefully will not have to LOL).

These guys are very reliable and responsive.  They came out after we noticed a roof leak at our house.  We will definitely call them again if we need to!

Brian was great when we needed him in a pinch! We had a leak from our AC upstairs and he helped us out at a moments notice. Brian is very courteous and punctual. No doubt that I would use them again if I needed to.

Outstanding Service! You hear about these big franchise companies that don't have that quality customer service treating you like you are just a number. NOT THE CASE HERE! They were extremely helpful and talked with me on a human level hearing exactly what my concerns were and helping find the best solution for my water damage (which ruined appliances as well). SERVPRO East Dallas was recommended to me by a friend and I will be calling them for any unfortunate damages that may occur in the future.
