Over the weekend SERVPRO of East Dallas was called out to a local business in Deep Ellum. This business suffered from water damage due to a storm surge. The rain water came in through the roof and soaked the floor.

When we were called out there was standing water throughout the whole building. The water must first be removed and water service must be turned off. The water damage extraction process could take some time, depending on how server the water is. 

Once the water is removed the equipment can start being installed. This requires air movers, fans, dehumidifiers with water monitoring. This process may take some days to remove any water that is within the floors and walls. Different types of reading tools can tell us when all water is removed.
