Jesus is a Production Technician at SERVPRO of East Dallas and has the following Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC). 

He has several years of experience in the restoration industry. When asked "How does it feel working in the restoration industry?" he stated "This industry is constantly changing and innovating. This makes me want to work harder and learn more about career. It's always a great feeling leaving a home or business in a better condition." 

Jesus puts customer service first whenever dealing with a job. He has done over 100 water damage jobs and each one he walks out more experienced than before.
