Water Remediation Process for Residential and Commercial Properties

This is one example of a water remediation job.

Hot water heaters are among the many sources that can lead to a potential disaster in the home.  While the cause of water damage can vary and every situation is unique, our water mitigation process stays the same. 

-WE INSPECT THE DAMAGE.  This allows us to come up with a plan specific to each situation. 

-WE REMOVE/EXTRACT WATER.  Using powerful equipment water is sucked up from floors and surfaces to prepare for drying. 

-WE DRY AND DEHUMIDIFY.  Drying the floors and surfaces is a very important and time sensitive step in preventing mold growth and minimizing damage.

-WE CLEAN AND REPAIR  In addition to cleaning your property’s structure, we will clean your furniture, upholstery, clothing, and other restorable belongings damaged by the water. 

-WE RESTORE.  Restoration may involve minor repairs, such as replacing drywall and installing new carpet, or may entail major repairs, such as the reconstruction of various areas or rooms in a home or business.  The goal is to bring your property back to preloss condition.
