Smoke Damage Restoration

Fires are destructive. When most people imagine a fire impacting their home or business, it's likely that they think of flames. However, even if a portion of your property isn't burned, it can still suffer from damage as the result of a fire.

For example, this photo shows the interior of an attic. Nothing in the attic was actually burned, as the fire took place in the garage below. However, the access door had been left open, so smoke billowed into the space above, coating the rafters, ceiling, and insulation with soot.

SERVPRO of East Dallas removed and discarded the damaged insulation, threw out any materials that couldn't be restored, deodorized the space, primed and painted the beams, and placed new insulation into the attic, removing all trace of fire damage.
