Toilet Leak Affects Multiple Units in a Complex

Water Damage Goes Beyond the Source

When there is a leak or overflowing faucet in a second floor bathroom, the water damage can go well beyond that bathroom.  That was the case for a multi unit residential complex in Dallas, TX when a toilet supply line broke.  Our team was called to assess damage that started on the second floor of one unit and effected not only that floor, but the first floor of the same unit, and both the second and first floor of the adjacent unit.  The first picture was taken at the source of the leak on the second level.  In the second picture, you can see the water damage in an entirely different unit on the first floor.
