Wet Carpet in a Hospital Office Building

A hot water heater burst in the attic of a hospital office building in Dallas, TX.  In the first picture the carpet is completely saturated.  We were called in to extract and dry the floors throughout the building in hopes of minimizing damage.  It took just two days to dry the carpet with our heavy duty fans after the initial extraction process.  Dehumidifiers were in place throughout the process to enhance productivity.  The after pictures shows the carpet completely dry and cleaned.  The customer was pleased that we were able to work quickly and efficiently and save the carpet.  With our efficient staff and heavy duty equipment we were able to get the job done.
