Flooding in House in Dallas

A faulty hot water heater caused water to settle across the first floor of a home in Dallas.  In the first picture you will see the water covering a bathroom floor.  Our team extracted the water and placed fans and dehumidifiers in the bathroom.  After a few days the floor was dry and did not need to be removed but the drywall and baseboards has suffered too much damage.  We removed the wet surfaces and cleaned and dried the areas around and underneath in preparation for rebuild.  In the after photo, you can see that the bathroom is clean and dry.
