Aftermath of Hurricane in Houston, TX

A hurricane off the coast of Texas caused extensive storms and flooding in and around the Houston area.  SERVPRO of East Dallas was happy to have a crew to send down to help our fellow Texans.  As a result of storm damage, this house flooded.  This before picture is a flooded bedroom.  Water had been sitting for several hours upon our arrival.  With our heavy duty fans and dehumidifiers, we were able to save the floors in this room.  The walls were saturated so our team deconstructed the drywall to insure everything in the room was completely dry prior to reconstruction.
