Environment for Mold

A slow water leak that goes unnoticed can quickly cause mold damage.  That was the case in this before picture.  Water had been trickling out of a damage pipe under the sink resulting in floor and structure damage as well as extensive mold growth.  The humidity and warmth in the cabinet under the sink created a perfect environment for mold to grow.

Let us do the Dirty Work

The second picture shows one of our crew members suited up and ready to take on the mold.  Prior to starting the mold remediation, we completely dried or removed the wet surfaces and exposed all of the mold.  With the proper gear, our team was able to go in and take care of the mold.
