Water Damages Structures in Multi Unit Complex

This flooded first floor foyer in a condo within a multi unit complex was the result of a toilet supply line that broke in a second story bathroom.  More than one unit was effected by the water leak and SERVPRO of East Dallas was called in for water extraction and mitigation.  

Water that travels down walls from one floor to the next can wreak havoc on paint and drywall.  As you can see in the first picture, water had seeped down the wall damaging the paint at the base of the door. Our team extracted all of the standing water and started the drying process, as seen in the second picture.  The door will need to be repainted but overall, the structured were saved from large loss.
