Water remediation

Water Damages Floor and Content

Water damaged a rug, rug pad, and hardwood floors due to flood damage in a Dallas home.  SERVPRO of East Dallas was called to assess the damage and provide water mitigation services.  

Water Extraction

The first step in water damage restoration is to remove the wet contents.  The rug and rug pad were removed from the room to be cleaned and dried in a separate location.  Then, as seen in the after photo, standing water is extracted from the floor.  Our high tech equipment and expertise allows us to repair the water damage quickly.  

Dry and Dehumidify 

We then strategically place fans and dehumidifiers to dry floors and decrease moisture in the air.  The dehumidifiers prevent mold from setting in.
