Day 1: Floors buckled after 1 week of rain.  Water had been coming in through an unsealed area under the back door.  

Day 2: SERVPRO of East Dallas was called to evaluate the situation.  Our team strategically placed drying equipment.

Day 3: The mountain in this living room became a hill as water began to dry and the floor swelling decreased.

Day 5: The beautiful hardwood floors were completely flat and sub-flooring was dry.  Equipment was removed.
