House Flood in Dallas, TX
Extract and Demo
An important part of the water damage restoration process is to get the wet material and structures removed so that standing water can be extracted. In some cases, water extraction can be done without removing the top layer of flooring (carpet, hardwoods, tile, etc.) and we can use our equipment to dry all layers. If water has been sitting a while, as in this before picture, the sup-flooring is too wet to try to dry without removing the top layer.
Dry and Restore
After removing the top layer of flooring our experts are able to completely dry the sub-flooring, clean the dry surfaces in preparation for new flooring, and provide restorations services.
Be cautious of anyone that tries to dry saturated surfaces from the top down. This creates an environment for mold and ends up costing much more money in the long run.
