Water damage ruins playroom floors

Water sat on hardwood floors after a small flood in a playroom of a home in Dallas, TX.  By the time we were called to the job, the floors had some buckling and were beginning to lift.  This first picture is after water had been extracted and fans were put in place to dry the flood and sub-floor.  Our customer agreed with our recommendation that the floors needed to be removed to ensure complete drying of the sub-flooring.  They were very satisfied at how quickly we were able to remove the flooring and dry and clean all surfaces in preparation for new floors to be laid.
